2009 we lost a friend and someone who had a
heart for snox, moto cross and all types of
motorsports. Harry Brunnhoelzl was an inspiration to
many in the community and will be miss greatly.

Thank you to everyone who attended the
Memorial Service for Harry this afternoon and
for all the prayer's for him and his family.
Please forgive me that I was unable to attend
as I am in Seattle with my sister and her
husband who is in his second round of
treatment battling a very nasty cancer.
I want to thank Kent Harrington for his
message in which he stated that Harry was a
great lover of our sport and that he will be
dearly missed. It is true that Harry wanted
to make a difference in the snowmachine racing
community and not only did he want to he did
so by created the AK Moto Park and the Wasilla
Racing Lions. He had a vision for creating a
safe environment for racers and put force the
physical effort as well as a ton of his own
money to make that happen. Kent is
right....Harry will be deeply missed.
I was contacted by his family who requested
that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to
Wasilla Racing Lions; as that is what was near
and dear to his heart. If you would like to
make a donation in his honor it can be sent to
Wasilla Racing Lions, c/o Box 871753, Wasilla,
Alaska 99687.
Our prayers go out to Harry's family as I am
sure will yours.
